The week started out with Canada Day. It was a very hot sunny day that included a parade and a bbq in the back yard. Then most of the family decided to cool of their feet in the pool. Somehow we went from this:

I'm still having troubles thinking of things to do that let us spend lots of time outside but not too much time in the sun. Thanks goodness for colouring, or as C.S. says it, "cuddering."
At the end of the week D was invited to a birthday party for one of her Kindergarten classmates. Rock climbing with 13 kids sounds like torture, but the instructors were amazing and endlessly patient. This picture makes me happy and terrified at the same time. My baby was over 30 feet in the air.
